Stephanie D. Gomez brings her experience as a Food Safety Quality Manager II to Top Line Real Estate.  She was motivated to join our Top Line Real Estate team to provide quality service to both Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties.  As a Quality Manager, She learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate to produce quality products for the industry.

If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Stephanie understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.

Stephanie has been an area resident since 1992. Her education was obtained from UC Davis. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Tulare, Kings, and Fresno County neighborhoods of California.

When not assisting clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Sergio and their family, entertaining their friends, and supporting her children's competitive soccer team...
